It seems like only yesterday, I wrote my post on the 2009 Chinese New Year - Year of the Ox. Has it really been that long?! I think so, the year of the Ox is one year I have heard many say they hope is a year they will be able to forget just as quickly.
It seems with the economy, home foreclosures, job market, the list goes on and on...everyone knows at least one person who has been affected negatively this past year. Best to just try to look forward to the future and hope it brings.
February 14, 2010 is the date this year for the Chinese New Year. We should all celebrate not only with our traditional Valentine but for the changes in store for everyone. Just what does the Year of the Tiger hold in store for us?

Everything this year will be done on an expansive, explosive scale. The Tiger year only comes once every twelve years and comes in and stays with a bang. This year could be earmarked for war, disagreements and disasters of all kinds. On the other hand it can be a big, bold year as well. Nothing will be done on a small scale. Everything is large scale. It should be a very memorable year for all. The tiger symbolizes power, passion and daring.
If you like learning more about this fascinating subject, there are many sites on the internet you can find very good reading to learn more about The Chinese Zodiac Calendar.
The element this year for the Tiger is metal. So to be exact, anyone born this year would be known to be born under the sign of the Metal Tiger. One thing is for sure, it is a year to see changes!
